To test my “slicing theory” and evaluate its practical effects, I created a small-scale installation called “Urban Clouds” using dyed acrylic and silk screen printing. The results turned out exceptionally well. The transparent texture of the acrylic sheets seamlessly integrated into the New York skyline. I also created as mall slice specimen cloud, which can be preserved in a box.
